YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
As our Customer Service Manager, you'll enjoy a full-time role with a schedule varying from Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, and some Saturdays from 9 AM - 2 PM. Your typical day will involve supervising and training our customer service team, ensuring efficient call scheduling, and handling customer issues promptly. ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS?
Ask yourself: Can you lead and inspire a team? Do you excel at resolving customer issues? Are you a problem solver with excellent communication skills? If you answered "yes" to these questions and meet the following qualifications, we need you as our Customer Service Manager:
- 5 years of dispatching experience
- 5 years of customer service experience
- 3 years of management experience
Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills are preferred!
